1. Ads are written and placed by the Employer (payable in advance).
2. Employment and Opportunity Ads, $25 per posting per month
3. Ads are posted on the web site ASAP after receipt of payment
4. It is the responsibility of the employer to read their own ad and notify
Optical Jobs of MA of any corrections necessary.
5. Optical Jobs of MA takes no responsibility for errors.
6. When the job position is filled, the ad must be cancelled by e-mail.
7. All ads will be removed from web site at end of term unless employer
has resubmitted their request to rerun ad and payment has been received.
8. Optical Jobs of MA is not an employment agency, sales person or realtor, and
accepts no obligations or responsibility for the acts conducted by the posting offices.
9. Optical Jobs of MA reserves the right to edit any ad and refuse service to anyone.
10. Optical Jobs of MA will not refund any fees once a Job Posting request has been received.
11. Personal information submitted by an Employer will not be sold or shared. It is for the
personal use of Optical Jobs of MA only.
12. Credit card information is processed and information is not stored on the website.
Charges will appear on credit card bill as "Boston Eye Design".
